Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 hamburger buns
- 2 ripe avocados, sliced
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 4 tomato slices
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions:
Warm up the grill over medium-high heat
Mix the ground beef with salt and pepper to taste in a bowl
Then, use your hands to make four burger patties
Add salt and pepper to the avocado slices after brushing them with olive oil
The burger patties should be cooked for four to five minutes on each side, or until they're done the way you like them
Put a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty to melt in the last minute of grilling
It's best to toast the hamburger buns on the grill for one to two minutes, until they get a little brown
To make a sauce, put mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic in a small bowl and mix them together
Spread sauce on the bottom half of each bun
Then add lettuce, a grilled burger patty with melted cheese, avocado slices, red onion slices, and tomato slices
To finish making the burgers, put the top half of each bun on top of each one
