Frozen Yogurt Framboises/Myrtilles



Une délicieuse recette de glace à base de yaourt grec crémeux et de framboises/myrtilles sucrées, parfaite pour les chaudes journées d'été ou comme dessert rafraîchissant après un repas.

Ingredients:

  • 500g de yaourt grec
  • 250g de framboises et myrtilles mlanges fraches ou congeles
  • 50g de sucre en poudre
  • Le zeste d'un citron
  • 2 cuillres soupe de miel facultatif

Instructions:

Place the Greek yogurt, powdered sugar, and orange zest in a bowl and mix them together until the sugar is completely mixed in

In case you want, you can add the meringue for an extra touch of sweetness

Put the fennel and myrtle flowers through a pureeing process in a blender or with the help of a pureeing press

Adding the fruit pure to the yaourt preparation and mixing it in until it has a smooth consistency

Place the mold in a sorbetire et tourner selon les instructions du fabricant jusqu' ce que la glace se prise et crise

You can make the consistency more stable by putting the ice in a sealed container and freezing it for at least 4 hours

Before serving, leave the ice at room temperature for a few minutes to soften the ice and then let it cool
