Crockpot Cranberry Meatballs

These Cranberry Meatballs from the crockpot are the perfect mix of sweet and savory. They would be great as an appetizer or as a main dish. Everyone will love the flavor explosion that happens when you mix the sour cranberry sauce with the salty meatballs.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb frozen meatballs
  • 1 can 14 oz whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1 cup chili sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

Instructions:

In a slow cooker, combine cranberry sauce, chili sauce, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder

Stir well

Add frozen meatballs to the slow cooker, ensuring they are fully covered with the sauce mixture

Cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally, until meatballs are heated through and the sauce is thickened

Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley if desired
