Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup granola
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions:
Using a blender, blend 1/4 cup of sugar and fresh raspberries until the mixture is smooth
If you want, strain to get rid of the seeds
Mix powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and heavy cream in a large bowl
Whip the mixture until stiff peaks form
Mix the Greek yogurt and whipped cream together slowly until they are well mixed
Put the raspberry puree, whipped cream mixture, and granola in serving glasses or jars
Add more layers until the glasses are full, and then put a dollop of the whipped cream mixture on top to finish
Put it in the fridge for at least two hours to set
Put fresh mint leaves on top before serving
