Ingredients:
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 200g dark chocolate, chopped
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 pre-made tart crust
- Fresh berries, for garnish
Instructions:
Put the dark chocolate in a bowl that can handle heat
Melt it in the microwave or over a double boiler
Allow it to cool a bit
Whip the heavy cream in a different bowl until stiff peaks form
Mix Greek yogurt and sugar in a different bowl with a whisk until the mixture is smooth
Mix the whipped cream and melted chocolate together until they are well mixed
Mix the chocolate mixture into the Greek yogurt mixture slowly until it is all mixed in
Put the mix into the tart shell that has already been made, and use a spatula to smooth the top
Put the tart in the fridge for at least four hours, or until it's set
Add fresh berries to the top once it's set before serving
