Ingredients:
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup M&M candies
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350F 175C
Grease an 8x8 inch baking pan
In a large bowl, mix together peanut butter, honey, melted coconut oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth
Add baking soda and salt, mix well
Stir in rolled oats until evenly distributed
Fold in chocolate chips and M&M candies
Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking pan
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set
