White Chocolate Peppermint Sugar Cookie Bark

Indulge in the delightful combination of white chocolate and peppermint with this easy-to-make cookie bark. A perfect treat for the holiday season or any time you're craving a sweet and minty dessert.

Ingredients:

  • 1 package 16
  • 5 oz refrigerated sugar cookie dough
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies
  • 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract

Instructions:

Start by heating the oven to 350F 175C

Put parchment paper on the bottom of a baking sheet

Make a thin, even layer of the chilled sugar cookie dough on the baking sheet that has been prepared

After the oven is hot, bake the cookie dough for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown

Let the cookie cool on the baking sheet for a full minute after taking it out of the oven

To melt the white chocolate chips in a bowl that can go in the microwave, stir them every 20 seconds for 20 seconds

Do this until the chocolate is smooth and melted

When the white chocolate melts, add the peppermint extract and mix it in

Use a spatula to spread the melted white chocolate evenly over the cookie layer that has been left to cool

Put the crushed peppermint candies on top of the white chocolate layer and gently press them down so they stick

For about 30 minutes, or until the chocolate is set, put the baking sheet in the fridge

Break the bark into small, uneven pieces once it's completely hard

Enjoy the White Chocolate Peppermint Sugar Cookie Bark!
